Therefore, take only relevant stuff with you.
When you choose the mode of transportation for business trip, you should first consider the distance that you are going to travel. Air transportation is no doubt quicker, but for shorter distances road or rail transport should be considered.

The hotel rooms should be well equipped with communication instruments such as telephones, internet etc. Another important tip keeping in mind the current scenario is that you should always check your cell phone service before you leave for any new city or country. Your cell phone may not work in other town and cities so then you have to arrange for alternate carrier or service provider.
